At Megavera Automation, we support continuous improvement.
Where possible we implement new and innovative manufacturing processes and new materials.
Following processes have recently been implemented;
- Robot welding
- Robot bending
- In-house power coating
Main goal is to support stable and high-quality processes and products, to reduce costs and to shorten manufacturing lead-time.
The state-of-art automatic powder coating line has a length of 320 meter and was installed during the Covid period. It is fully up and running now and is available 24/7.
